“First, Alan Burney is a man of his word. The initial installation of our metal roof was not acceptable because the garage rafters were warped and were not properly aligned when the metal roof was initially applied (additional cost, unforeseen circumstances) I feel (this) was the responsibility of the construction/Installation crew. Alan said it would be fixed to our satisfaction and it was. As I said, Alan Burney is a man of his word which seems to be very difficult to find these days. Thank you Alan.”
