“We were thrilled with Alan’s follow through and amount of contact! I.E. Our product was first in a second trailer (transporting product to Minnesota from Plant). We had to wait for the trailer to fill. Alan followed up every other day and provided options if we wanted to expedite. Bizarre scenario (Note: This no longer happens, product is stocked at vendor) but we were in the know all the time. We had a water leak before the new roof was put on. Our builder could not fix.
