I was very pleased working with A.M. Burney Exteriors and especially with the quality of work. I watched as the workers shingled the barn; six on the roof and only two on the same surface. They worked without asking for direction. The action looked choreographed as one person worked on a shingle but still handed a shingle to a colleague just in time for him to fasten it down. The attention to detail and pride of work was remarkable. On a short, 6-inch return, the worker tapped, removed, cut, reattacted, and then tapped some more. He wasn’t completely satisfied so he climbed down and looked at the connection from the ground and then went back up for the final adjustment.
Boral Steel is a remarkable product with numerous options. Some of the patterns will give a checkerboard look and others will be more uniform. Alan can guide you in selecting what you ultimately want to achieve. I may never work with A.M. Burney again because I won’t need a new roof in my lifetime! I have recommended A.M.
